My name is Joshua Ochinero, and I currently hold the position of Director of Housekeeping at Oakwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care. Previously, I served as a housekeeper and “friendly neighborhood laundry guy” within this department before being recently promoted. When I initially joined the team back in late 2020, I sought a sense of community, and I am delighted to share that I have indeed found it here.

Each day as I come to work, I strive to offer my best effort, ensuring not only the upkeep of our building but also taking the time to engage with our wonderful residents. Maintaining a consistent and amicable attitude is crucial to the attentive care I provide for this property and its inhabitants, and the positive outcomes reflect in our collaborative efforts as a team.

I firmly believe that every interaction, regardless of its scale, leaves a lasting impression on our surroundings. This principle applies equally to our residents, their visiting family members, and all staff members.
