Rouzbeh Moradhasel
Executive Director

As the Executive Director for Oakwood Village, Rouzbeh is responsible for the complete operation of the community. He is responsible for the satisfaction of every resident at Oakwood Village. It is his responsibility to maintain safety, quality assurance, and resident satisfaction along with community relations. Rouzbeh has had the pleasure of working in Retirement and Assisted living communities since 2008. Working with seniors is one of his many passions.

Jackie Rackow
Health Care Director

Jackie Rackow is originally from Wisconsin and made the big move to California in 2016. When she first graduated high school, Jackie dedicated her time volunteering at a Children’s Hospital in Wisconsin for six months. Jackie fell in love with helping children and their families through such a difficult time and she realized that helping people was what she wanted to do. From that point on she took a job as a Montessori teacher where Jackie taught for 8 years. While teaching she also studied to become a Medical Assistant and an EMT. After Jackie moved to California she began working at Oakwood Village as a Med Tech in 2018, and in 2019 she took on the responsibilities of becoming the Health Care Director. Jackie loves what she does and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Ollie Borishkevich
Business Office Manager

Ollie is passionate about helping others and creating an environment that is people-centered. She truly believes in doing everything in your power to make the world a better place, even in a small way.

As the Business Office Manager, she has the great pleasure of working with our staff, residents, and their families and ensuring that not only are their needs are met, but their expectations are exceeded too.

Ryan Risdal
Maintenance Director

As the Maintenance Director, Ryan has been making sure that Oakwood’s facilities are modern, efficient, comfortable and running smoothly since July 2000. With over 25 years in the business of managing facilities for the senior community, he feels a special connection to our residents and takes great pride in making sure everyone stays safe, happy and comfortable. Besides being the go-to-guy who can fix anything, his friendly demeanor and caring smile make him a favorite at Oakwood Village.

Genila Smith-Fikes
Housekeeping Director

Genila has been with Platinum Living since 2006 and still finds it to be such a blessing to come to work every single day. You will find Genila spending the day working closely with her two departments to reassure that the residents at Oakwood Village feel safe, secure and most importantly at home. It is so very important to her that all the residents know and feel that this is not only home but a place that they can depend on her and her team. It is her pleasure to be a part of all the residents lives at Oakwood Village. She takes extreme pride in her job and loves what she does every single day.

Angel Salcedo
Culinary Director

Angel has previously worked at Oakwood Villages sister community, Sierra Regency as the head cook for four years. He is very dedicated to what he does and focuses on meeting all dietary needs of our residents. Angel is responsible for preparing the weekly menu’s, maintaining compliance with food safety and overseeing the culinary staff! Angel works closely with the residents to maintain culinary satisfaction and also enjoys accepting new meal ideas from residents! He takes pride in what he does and is open to help in any way he can!

Jackie Marquardsen

Jackie is the first face you see when you walk inside our community, she is always smiling, professional and ready to help with any questions or needs of our guests and residents and treats each person as if they were a part of her own family.

What you did to help my father, Fred B. (with the big cowboy hats), in the last two months of his life, was of the profound generosity of heart. You helped a proud man to keep his dignity.
