As the Executive Director for Oakwood Village, Rouzbeh is responsible for the complete operation of the community. He is responsible for the satisfaction of every resident at Oakwood Village. It is his responsibility to maintain safety, quality assurance, and resident satisfaction along with community relations. Rouzbeh has had the pleasure of working in Retirement and Assisted living communities since 2008. Working with seniors is one of his many passions.
As the Maintenance Director, Ryan has been making sure that Oakwood’s facilities are modern, efficient, comfortable and running smoothly since July 2000. With over 25 years in the business of managing facilities for the senior community, he feels a special connection to our residents and takes great pride in making sure everyone stays safe, happy and comfortable. Besides being the go-to-guy who can fix anything, his friendly demeanor and caring smile make him a favorite at Oakwood Village.
Angel has previously worked at Oakwood Village's sister community, Sierra Regency as the head cook for four years. He is very dedicated to what he does and focuses on meeting all the dietary needs of our residents. Angel is responsible for preparing the weekly menu, maintaining compliance with food safety and overseeing the culinary staff. Angel works closely with the residents to maintain culinary satisfaction and also enjoys accepting new meal ideas from residents. He takes pride in what he does and is open to help in any way he can.
Emilee is honored to be one of the first contacts between new Residents and our wonderful community. She is available for all questions or concerns that might accompany your move-in. She wants your experience from the moment you join your new home to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible and goes the extra mile to ensure that it is.
Emilee began working for Oakwood Village in 2018 and started off as a Med-Tech, before she was promoted to Community Liaison. This industry is very near and dear to her heart ever since her grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. She hopes that one day we find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. Her goal is to ensure that our residents are enjoying every moment of their lives in their home, and that they are as comfortable as possible.
Mariah is the Activities Director here at Oakwood Village, she is responsible for developing and coordinating a successful activity program that engages residents and encourages socialization. Mariah enjoys coming up with new ideas for the monthly calendar. She has always had a love for her elders and was a caregiver many years before joining the Oakwood Village Team. In March 2018 Mariah started working here at Oakwood Village in the Caregiving Department. A year later she joined the Activities Department where she had the opportunity to use her creative side and quickly found her place as Activities in March 2019. Mariah is proud of her position here at Oakwood Village and considers the residents as her extended family.
Brooke began her love for the healthcare field and caring for others while serving in the Army as a combat medic. She began working with the community as a caregiver in 2014. This is where she found her passion for working with seniors and her desire to ensure their quality of life is the best possible. In order to do so, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Management from Colorado State University. As the Wellness Director, her responsibility is to ensure that residents are assisted with taking the proper medication through close workings with providers and providing a care plan to individually fit the needs of each resident. Brooke truly enjoys her position at Oakwood Village and sees it as a privilege to have the ability to impact the lives of others.
Nohemi became a part of the Oakwood Village team in June of 2019. She has worked in several assisted living facilities in the past and has always enjoyed working with the elderly.
As the concierge, Nehemi gets the opportunity to grow in connection with the residents, family members, and other visitors who come to the community. She loves being able to connect with people on a personal level, as well as professionally because she feels that it helps in developing relationships that could last a lifetime. Being the face that people first see, it is a pleasure and honor for Nohemi to represent the friendliness and joyful atmosphere of Oakwood Village. She is grateful for her position here at Oakwood, and for being part of this team!
Stacie is the Business Office Manager here at Oakwood Village and she is very proud to be working here. She is very passionate about helping the residents, residents’ family members, and staff in any way that she can, ensuring that each concern is being heard.
Growing up, Stacie spent a lot of time with seniors, and it is a privilege to be working with them at this time in her life. In 2017 she received a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Sacramento State University, where she studied the Process of Aging and Gerontology.
Stacie looks forward to bringing her experience, knowledge, and love for seniors to this community, and hopefully making a positive difference.
